Sayeret Duvdevan (Unit 217) is the IDF Special Forces undercover unit design to operate in the Territories. Sayeret Duvdevan (duvdevan means cherry) is unique in the sense that it's the only unit in the IDF that is a pure Counter Terror Unit.
Duvdevan's motto is : Betahbulot Ta'ase Lekha Milkhama (Hebrew: бъзбемеъ ътщд мк омзод) "For by wise counsel thou shalt make thy war: and in multitude of counsellors there is safety." -( Proverbs XXIV, 6).
